Onshore diesel purchase for this Project has met the tender conditions and now is open for public tender, adopting electronic/offline tendering and bidding methods.

Remark:

*. The daily diesel consumption for CHEC Pasay Reclamation Project Site is around **** -**** liters, transportation for delivery is only considered by oil tank truck.

*. Oil tank truck shall carry powerful fuel gun with capacity over ** liters/minute.

*. Diesel quality report shall be provided to the buyer before each delivery.

*.Qualification Requirements for Bidders

*.* Bidders must be legally registered and possess a full set of company permits such as  Business Permit, Certificate of Registration (BIR), General Information Sheet and other relevant Certificates as required by laws and regulations.

*.* Bidders shall provide the proof of possessing the fuel resources and have the capability to supply diesel.

*.* The supplier has sufficient cash flow.Payment terms: After the goods arrive at the site and pass the acceptance inspection, the seller shall provide the monthly bill by the end of the month. The payment of ***% of the current batch of goods shall be made within ** days after both parties sign and confirm the bill..

*.* Bidders must not fall under any of the following circumstances:

(*) The same person serves as the legal representative of multiple bidders or there exists a controlling or management relationship between different bidders. In such cases, bidding for the same section is not allowed, otherwise, all related bids will be invalid.

(*) Bidders whose bidding qualifications have been suspended or canceled.

(*) Bidders whose production or business operations have been ordered to be suspended, or whose licenses or permits have been suspended or revoked.

(*) Bidders who are undergoing liquidation procedures, have been declared bankrupt, or have other circumstances that result in a loss of performance capabilities.

(*) Bidders who has been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises.
