项目概况及招标范围：excavation and backfilling for direct-buried conduits, cables, and grounding systems; installation of cable trays, conduits, C-channel support systems and related accessories; laying, termination, connection, testing, and fire-stopping of all types of I&C power cables, control cables, instrument cables, and communication cables; installation of all types of I&C panels, control cabinets, marshalling cabinets, racks, and junction boxes; installation, mounting, hook-up, and wiring of field instruments, including all associated supports and accessories直埋管道、电缆及接地系统的开挖与回填；电缆桥架、导管及C型钢支撑系统的安装；各类仪控电源电缆、控制电缆、仪表电缆及通讯电缆的敷设、接线、终端接续和防火封堵；各类仪控盘柜、控制柜、机柜及接线箱的安装；现场仪表及其支架、附件和接线（Hook-up）施工；仪表取压管、仪表压缩空气管路及相关附件的安装。

投标人资格要求：（*）The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in the Middle East (Only Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) Region and possess relevant construction experience.（*）The bidder is required to provide Class II Specialized Contractor for Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, or valid CR and VAT certificates.（*）响应人须是在中华人民共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在中东区域(限制阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔)完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（*）响应人须提供建筑机电安装工程专业承包*级资质或有效的CR及VAT证书。
