(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:&(*) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (*) Having the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of construction projects; (*) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (*) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (*) Performance requirements: None; (*) Other requirements:None.
