CZ Tender Announcement for Catering Service at Bandaranaike International Airport(CMB)（re-procurement）

Guangzhou Nanland Air Catering Co. Ltd Procurement Management Department(hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”) intends to conduct procurement for Catering Service at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB).

Bidders receiving this RFP have declared their attention to participate, hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”.

The relevant details are as follows:

*. Introduction

*.* Purchase Item： Catering Service Procurement for CMB (Station)（re-procurement）

*.* Reference Number：CZ登录解锁

*.* Purchase Details: Catering service and other relevant services (including in-flight supplies and laundry service etc.) for CZ flights inbound and outbound at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB).

*.* Contract Term: Three (*) years effective from the date as the agreement is concluded and signed by mutual parties.

*.* Description of Requirements: Render on-time services including catering and in-flight supplies uplifting services pursuant to catering matrix & menu rotation provided and confirmed by the purchaser. Flight delay or any security incident due to in-flight meal and other in-flight supplies uplifting shall be strictly avoided.

*.* Agreement Clause: This project contract shall be signed between Chongqing Airlines Co., Ltd. and the selected supplier based on the results of this procurement. If China Southern Air Holding Group (Stock) Company has a demand for contract signing in the future, it may also enter into a contract with the selected supplier in accordance with the aforesaid procurement results.
